मंत्री अशोक चौधरी का X अकाउंट बंधक! पूर्व PA पर साइबर थाने में शिकायत, पैसे मांगने का गंभीर आरोप

पटना: बिहार सरकार के मंत्री अशोक चौधरी और उनके पूर्व निजी सहायक (PA) निशांत केतु झा के बीच विवाद अब साइबर थाने तक पहुंच गया है। मंत्री ने पटना साइबर थाने में अपने पूर्व PA के खिलाफ औपचारिक शिकायत दर्ज कराई है।
मंत्री अशोक चौधरी का आरोप है कि उनके आधिकारिक X (पूर्व में ट्विटर) अकाउंट का एक्सेस अभी भी उनके पूर्व PA निशांत केतु झा के पास है। मंत्री का कहना है कि जब भी उन्होंने अपने अकाउंट का एक्सेस वापस मांगा, तो पूर्व PA ने उसे लौटाने से इनकार कर दिया और इसके बदले में पैसों की मांग की जा रही है।
यह मामला तब और तूल पकड़ गया जब मंत्री के बार-बार कहने के बावजूद निशांत केतु झा ने अकाउंट का नियंत्रण वापस नहीं किया। एक जनप्रतिनिधि और कैबिनेट मंत्री का सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट किसी और के नियंत्रण में होना न केवल निजी बल्कि सरकारी और राजनीतिक दृष्टि से भी अत्यंत संवेदनशील मामला है।
पटना साइबर थाने की पुलिस ने शिकायत दर्ज कर मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है। साइबर अपराध के तहत यह मामला गंभीर माना जा रहा है, क्योंकि किसी के सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट को अनधिकृत रूप से अपने कब्जे में रखना और उसके बदले पैसों की मांग करना साइबर ब्लैकमेलिंग की श्रेणी में आता है।
उल्लेखनीय है कि अशोक चौधरी बिहार सरकार में कैबिनेट मंत्री हैं और जनता दल (यूनाइटेड) के वरिष्ठ नेता हैं। एक मंत्री और उनके पूर्व PA के बीच इस प्रकार का विवाद सार्वजनिक होने से राजनीतिक गलियारों में भी हलचल मच गई है।
फिलहाल पुलिस दोनों पक्षों के बयान दर्ज कर रही है और तकनीकी साक्ष्य जुटाने की प्रक्रिया जारी है। मामले में आगे की कार्रवाई जांच के नतीजों पर निर्भर करेगी।

The dispute centers around unauthorized retention of access to the minister's official X (formerly Twitter) account.
According to the complaint, Nishant Ketu Jha, who previously managed the minister's social media presence, continues to hold access credentials to the minister's X account even after leaving the position. The minister alleges that when he sought the account access back, his former PA refused to return it and instead demanded money in exchange.
The case is being treated as a serious cyber extortion matter, as retaining unauthorized control over someone's social media account and demanding payment for its return falls under cyber blackmail provisions. Given that the account belongs to a sitting cabinet minister, the matter carries significant political and administrative sensitivity.
Patna Cyber Police have registered the complaint and initiated a formal investigation, collecting technical evidence and recording statements from both parties. Minister Ashok Choudhary is a senior Janata Dal (United) leader and a prominent figure in the Bihar government.
