A long-standing rivalry between two groups in Kaimur district of Bihar erupted into a violent clash, leaving 10 people injured, five of whom are reported to be in critical condition. The confrontation involved the use of sticks, rods, bricks, and stones.

According to local sources, the enmity between the two factions had been brewing for some time. The dispute finally boiled over into open violence when members of both groups clashed in a fierce fight. The situation quickly escalated, with both sides hurling bricks and attacking each other with sticks and rods.

Local police rushed to the scene upon receiving information about the incident and brought the situation under control. All 10 injured individuals received immediate medical attention. The five critically injured persons have been referred to Bhabhua for advanced medical treatment, where they are currently undergoing care.

Police have registered a case and begun an investigation into the matter. Interrogation of members from both sides is underway, and raids are being conducted to apprehend the accused. Authorities have increased patrolling in the area to prevent any further escalation of tension. The administration has appealed to both parties to maintain peace and resolve their differences through legal means.
