रांची: झारखंड हाईकोर्ट ने राज्य में ऑनलाइन भू-अभिलेखों में बढ़ती गड़बड़ियों पर गंभीर संज्ञान लेते हुए एक महत्वपूर्ण और सख्त आदेश जारी किया है। अदालत ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया है कि अब अंचल अधिकारी (Circle Officers) भौतिक भू-अभिलेखों का सत्यापन करने के बाद उन पर डिजिटल हस्ताक्षर करेंगे, ताकि ऑनलाइन दर्ज भूमि संबंधी जानकारी की प्रामाणिकता सुनिश्चित हो सके।
हाईकोर्ट ने इस मामले में राजस्व विभाग को भी कड़े निर्देश देते हुए कहा है कि अदालत के इस आदेश का तत्काल और प्रभावी पालन सुनिश्चित किया जाए। इसके साथ ही अदालत ने यह भी कहा है कि पुराने भू-अभिलेखों की भी जांच की जाए और उनमें जो भी त्रुटियां अथवा गड़बड़ियां पाई जाएं, उन्हें तत्काल सुधारा जाए।

डिजिटल हस्ताक्षर की अनिवार्यता लागू होने के बाद भू-अभिलेखों में किसी भी प्रकार की अनधिकृत एंट्री या बदलाव करना आसान नहीं होगा, क्योंकि इसके लिए जिम्मेदार अधिकारी की पहचान तत्काल उजागर हो जाएगी। विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि इस व्यवस्था से जमीन से जुड़े विवादों और फर्जीवाड़े पर लगाम लगेगी और आम लोगों को राहत मिलेगी।
