नई दिल्ली/जयपुर/भोपाल: राजस्थान और मध्यप्रदेश में राज्यसभा की कुल छह सीटों के लिए हुए चुनाव में भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने शानदार प्रदर्शन करते हुए 5 सीटों पर अपना परचम लहराया है। इस चुनावी नतीजे ने एक बार फिर साबित कर दिया है कि इन दोनों राज्यों में बीजेपी की पकड़ कितनी मजबूत है।
राजस्थान की बात करें तो यहाँ राज्यसभा की तीन सीटों के लिए चुनाव हुए, जिनमें से भाजपा के दो उम्मीदवार और कांग्रेस के एक उम्मीदवार निर्विरोध निर्वाचित घोषित किए गए। राजस्थान में विधानसभा में बीजेपी की बहुमत की स्थिति के चलते पार्टी को यहाँ दो सीटें मिलना स्वाभाविक था, जबकि कांग्रेस को एक सीट से संतोष करना पड़ा।
वहीं मध्यप्रदेश में बीजेपी ने और भी प्रभावशाली प्रदर्शन किया। यहाँ राज्यसभा की तीनों सीटों पर भाजपा ने कब्जा जमाया और कांग्रेस को एक भी सीट नहीं मिली। मध्यप्रदेश में बीजेपी सरकार की मजबूत स्थिति इस जीत में स्पष्ट रूप से परिलक्षित होती है।
इस प्रकार दोनों राज्यों को मिलाकर कुल 6 राज्यसभा सीटों में से बीजेपी ने 5 सीटें अपने नाम कर लीं, जबकि कांग्रेस को केवल 1 सीट पर ही संतोष करना पड़ा। यह नतीजा बीजेपी की संगठनात्मक ताकत और विधायकों पर मजबूत पकड़ को दर्शाता है।
