पटना: बिहार सरकार ने राज्य में औद्योगिक निवेश को बढ़ावा देने और उद्योग स्थापना की प्रक्रिया को सरल बनाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाया है। नई औद्योगिक नीति के तहत अब सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम के माध्यम से केवल 30 दिनों के भीतर उद्योग लगाने की सभी आवश्यक मंजूरियाँ प्रदान की जाएंगी।
बिहार के उद्योग मंत्री विजय सिन्हा ने इस नई व्यवस्था की जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि राज्य सरकार का लक्ष्य बिहार को निवेशकों के लिए एक आकर्षक गंतव्य बनाना है। उन्होंने बताया कि पहले उद्योग स्थापित करने में विभिन्न विभागों से अनुमति लेने में काफी समय लग जाता था, जिससे निवेशक हतोत्साहित हो जाते थे। लेकिन अब सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम के जरिये यह पूरी प्रक्रिया महज 30 दिनों में पूरी हो जाएगी।
सरकार का मानना है कि इस नई व्यवस्था से राज्य में निवेश की गति में उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि होगी। नए उद्योगों की स्थापना से न केवल राज्य की अर्थव्यवस्था मजबूत होगी, बल्कि बिहार के युवाओं के लिए रोजगार के नए अवसर भी सृजित होंगे। यह पहल राज्य में बेरोजगारी की समस्या से निपटने में भी सहायक सिद्ध होगी।
सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम के अंतर्गत उद्यमियों को अलग-अलग सरकारी विभागों के चक्कर नहीं लगाने पड़ेंगे। एक ही प्लेटफॉर्म पर सभी विभागों की स्वीकृतियाँ, लाइसेंस और अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त किए जा सकेंगे। इससे समय और संसाधनों की बचत होगी और पारदर्शिता भी बढ़ेगी।
बिहार सरकार की यह पहल 'ईज ऑफ डूइंग बिजनेस' के सिद्धांत के अनुरूप है। विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि यदि इस व्यवस्था को प्रभावी ढंग से लागू किया गया, तो बिहार में बड़े पैमाने पर औद्योगिक निवेश आकर्षित हो सकता है और राज्य के आर्थिक विकास को नई गति मिल सकती है।

The initiative aligns with the 'Ease of Doing Business' framework and is expected to boost Bihar's overall economic development. Experts say that if effectively implemented, this policy could attract large-scale industrial investment to the state.
