पटना: बिहार विधान परिषद (MLC) चुनाव में एक ऐतिहासिक घटनाक्रम सामने आया है, जहां सभी 10 उम्मीदवार निर्विरोध निर्वाचित घोषित कर दिए गए हैं। किसी भी सीट पर प्रतिस्पर्धा न होने के कारण बिना मतदान के ही सभी प्रत्याशियों की जीत सुनिश्चित हो गई।
