पटना: बिहार में इन दिनों चर्चित शिक्षक खान सर और रौशन आनंद के बीच चल रहे विवाद ने एक नया मोड़ ले लिया है। यह मामला अब अदालत तक पहुंच चुका है और इसी बीच बिहार के शिक्षा मंत्री मिथिलेश तिवारी ने कड़ा रुख अपना लिया है। उन्होंने राज्य के सभी कोचिंग संस्थानों को स्पष्ट और कड़ी चेतावनी दी है।
एक कार्यक्रम के दौरान शिक्षा मंत्री मिथिलेश तिवारी ने अपनी बात रखते हुए कहा कि बिहार में कोचिंग संस्थानों को अनुशासन और नियमों के दायरे में रहकर काम करना होगा। उन्होंने साफ किया कि किसी भी संस्थान को कानून से ऊपर नहीं समझा जाएगा और यदि कोई संस्थान नियमों का उल्लंघन करता है तो उसके खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
गौरतलब है कि खान सर, जिनका पूरा नाम फैजल खान है और जो पटना के एक प्रसिद्ध कोचिंग संस्थान चलाते हैं, और रौशन आनंद के बीच विवाद काफी समय से चला आ रहा है। यह मामला सोशल मीडिया पर खूब चर्चा में रहा और अब इसने कानूनी रूप ले लिया है। दोनों के बीच यह विवाद कोर्ट में विचाराधीन है।
शिक्षा मंत्री के इस सख्त रुख को इसी विवाद की पृष्ठभूमि में देखा जा रहा है। उनका कहना है कि राज्य सरकार शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में किसी भी प्रकार की अराजकता बर्दाश्त नहीं करेगी। कोचिंग संस्थान छात्रों के भविष्य से जुड़े हैं, इसलिए उनकी जिम्मेदारी और भी बड़ी है।
शिक्षा मंत्री ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि सरकार जल्द ही कोचिंग संस्थानों के लिए एक व्यापक नियमावली तैयार करने पर विचार कर रही है, ताकि इस क्षेत्र में पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही सुनिश्चित हो सके। बिहार में हजारों की संख्या में कोचिंग संस्थान संचालित हो रहे हैं और इनमें लाखों छात्र अपने सपनों को साकार करने के लिए पढ़ाई करते हैं।
