बिहार के 87 रेलवे स्टेशनों पर लगेंगे मॉडर्न टाइम टेबल बोर्ड, यात्रियों को मिलेगी आसान जानकारी

पटना: बिहार के रेलवे यात्रियों के लिए एक बड़ी खुशखबरी है। सोनपुर रेल मंडल के अंतर्गत आने वाले 87 रेलवे स्टेशनों पर जल्द ही आधुनिक टाइम टेबल विद एडवरटाइजमेंट बोर्ड लगाए जाएंगे। इस पहल का उद्देश्य यात्रियों को ट्रेनों की समय-सारणी और अन्य जरूरी जानकारियाँ सरल और स्पष्ट तरीके से उपलब्ध कराना है।
रेलवे प्रशासन के अनुसार, इन आधुनिक बोर्डों की स्थापना के लिए 15 जून को ई-नीलामी (ई-ऑक्शन) आयोजित की जाएगी। नीलामी प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के बाद चयनित एजेंसी द्वारा संबंधित स्टेशनों पर बोर्ड लगाने का काम शुरू किया जाएगा।
इन नए टाइम टेबल बोर्डों में विज्ञापन की सुविधा भी शामिल होगी, जिससे रेलवे को अतिरिक्त आय भी प्राप्त होगी। साथ ही, यात्रियों को स्टेशन पर ही ट्रेनों के आगमन और प्रस्थान का सटीक समय आसानी से पता चल सकेगा। अभी तक कई छोटे स्टेशनों पर सूचना व्यवस्था पर्याप्त नहीं थी, जिसके कारण यात्रियों को असुविधा होती थी।
रेलवे अधिकारियों का कहना है कि इस कदम से स्टेशनों की समग्र सूचना व्यवस्था पहले से काफी बेहतर होगी। खासकर ग्रामीण और अर्ध-शहरी क्षेत्रों के स्टेशनों पर जहाँ डिजिटल सुविधाएं सीमित हैं, वहाँ ये बोर्ड यात्रियों के लिए बेहद उपयोगी साबित होंगे।
सोनपुर मंडल उत्तर बिहार के कई महत्वपूर्ण जिलों को रेल सेवा प्रदान करता है और यहाँ से प्रतिदिन लाखों यात्री सफर करते हैं। इस आधुनिकीकरण से न केवल यात्री अनुभव बेहतर होगा, बल्कि रेलवे स्टेशनों की छवि भी सुधरेगी। रेल मंत्रालय लगातार यात्री सुविधाओं को उन्नत करने की दिशा में काम कर रहा है और यह पहल उसी कड़ी का हिस्सा है।
In a passenger-friendly initiative, the Sonpur Railway Division in Bihar is set to install modern timetable-cum-advertisement boards at 87 railway stations across its network. The move aims to significantly improve the information system at stations, making it easier for commuters to access train schedules and arrival or departure timings.
According to railway officials, an e-auction for the installation contract is scheduled for June 15. Once the bidding process is completed and an agency is selected, work on installing the boards will commence at the designated stations.
The new boards will feature both timetable information and advertisement space, providing an additional revenue stream for the railways. This dual-purpose setup is expected to enhance the overall appearance and utility of the stations.
Many smaller stations under the Sonpur Division currently lack adequate passenger information infrastructure, causing inconvenience to daily commuters. The new boards will particularly benefit passengers at rural and semi-urban stations where digital display facilities are limited.
The Sonpur Division serves several important districts of North Bihar, catering to millions of passengers daily. This modernization effort is part of the Indian Railways' broader push to upgrade passenger amenities and improve the commuter experience across the country.
